The prices displayed on this website are wholesale unit prices and exclude VAT, delivery charges and any applicable customs or import duties unless otherwise stated.
Submission of a trade enquiry or contact form does not constitute a binding order or contract. A binding supply agreement is only created when we issue and both parties sign a formal purchase order or supply agreement, and we receive the required deposit payment as stipulated in that agreement.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any trade enquiry at our sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for declining.
Unless otherwise agreed in a formal supply agreement, standard payment terms require a 50% deposit upon confirmation of order with the remaining balance due prior to dispatch of goods. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel an order in the event of non-payment or late payment.
All payments must be made in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise agreed in writing. We do not accept consumer credit or debit card payments through this website.
Delivery timescales are estimates only and time is not of the essence in relation to delivery. We will not be liable for any delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk in goods passes to the buyer upon delivery to the delivery address specified in the order.
Our returns policy is set out in our separate Returns Policy document, available on this website. In summary, returns are only accepted where goods are delivered with a verifiable manufacturing defect or where goods materially differ from the agreed specification. All returns must be pre-authorised by us in writing.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising in connection with these Terms.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be published on this page. Your continued use of this website following the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
